TERMS OF SERVICE

Artist terms of service are subject to change without notice.
Upon purchase of any artwork or services from the artist (Infin), you are agreeing to the terms stated in this TOS

ARTIST PROCESS

When ordering artwork from Infin, you are agreeing that you are of legal age (18+ or older) to make such purchases. You, the commissioner, agree to my TOS upon any purchase of my work.Artwork will not be considered "in progress" until payment has been confirmed and the commissioner's name is listed in the Trello update list. Orders not paid for will be deleted immediately.Infin is an active artist that is constantly producing artwork or YCHs to sell. This does not hinder current artwork being completed. The artist must continue to sell to continue producing; the commissioner is aware of this.Art progress will be completed according to the queue listing. The artist is aware of the work that needs to be completed and asks that the commissioner refrain from constantly contacting the artist about work progress. Updates can be found on the artist's THREADS daily or weekly. All work progress can be found on the artist's TRELLO list.The artist does not like to rush their work and prefers quality over speed. Completion times vary and may take up to a few months (1–5 months, especially for sticker sets) due to demand and other obligations. If the commissioner is not able to wait within this timeframe, the artist may not be a proper fit. The commissioner is welcome to respectfully contact the artist within those timeframes to ask for an update. Threats or impatient demands may result in cancellation, refund, and blacklisting from future orders.The artist may experience delays due to illness, family emergencies, or other life situations. If this occurs, the artist will notify everyone via Thread and Trello. Delays may set back orders by an extra month or more depending on recovery time. The artist may still offer work for sale during this time; this does not mean other art is not being completed.The artist does not provide deadlines or completion estimates unless explicitly stated (e.g., seasonal commissions like Valentine’s or Christmas). Otherwise, all work follows the standard wait time.The artist is not obligated to keep commission files after delivery. Files are typically discarded after one month. The artist is not responsible for replacing files, refunding buyers, or redrawing lost art.There will be NO preview sketches before completion. The artist is confident in their ability to produce the requested work based on provided information.Infin has a specific artistic style. Requests to mimic another style will be refused. Artistic freedom applies.

QUESTIONS / CONTACT

Commissioners must contact the artist through the official contact page. Threads/Instagram replies are acceptable, but no personal DMs on any platform.The artist communicates primarily via Threads for updates. Do not commission if you expect constant personal contact.If there are concerns, CONTACT THE ARTIST FIRST before taking further action (refund disputes, public posts, etc.).The artist has the right to refuse service to rude or uncooperative customers and may issue partial refunds, public awareness posts, or blocks if necessary.

CHARACTER INFO / FEES

Provide as much character information and references as possible. Clear images are required.The artist may request extra fees for complex characters or clothing.Vague descriptions may result in additional fees. The artist is not responsible for mistakes caused by insufficient information.Complete character changes after ordering are NOT allowed. Minor changes may result in extra fees.The artist retains artistic freedom when details are missing.The artist is not responsible for drawing characters without proper permission. No refunds will be issued in such cases.

ARTIST RIGHTS

Infin retains copyright to all artwork produced and may use it for promotion, prints, or advertisement unless a privacy fee is paid.Private commissions will not be shared.The commissioner may post the artwork with proper credit and link back to the artist.The commissioner may use the artwork for personal use (icons, wallpapers, prints for home display).Commercial use or profit from the artwork is NOT allowed without direct permission.

REFUND POLICY

Buyers have 72 hours to request a refund after purchase. After that, NO REFUNDS unless stated otherwise.Refunds will NOT be given for:Buyer’s remorse
Impulse purchases
Impatience
Disliking the art
Wrongful purchase
Full refunds will only be issued if:
Work has not started
The artist cannot complete the work
The work is heavily delayed
Real life prevents completion
Partial refunds may be issued depending on how much work has been completed.
Chargebacks or forced refunds will result in banning and public awareness posting.
